Unlike traditional astringent toners, Rose Hip Seed Oil soothes redness and irritation, two major causes of premature aging, while simultaneously helping to balance pH and promote skin’s natural repair process. Directions for use: Recommended for use on all skin types. Saturate a cotton ball with Rose Hip Toner and apply to skin, using circular motions. Avoid the eye area. Do not rinse.
